The 2022 News & Information Summit is on March 17 at Elon University. The Summit, hosted jointly by the NC Local News Workshop and the NC Open Government Coalition, coincides with Sunshine Week, a national initiative that promotes access to public information. Our Summit themes include transparency, community-centered news and information, access to news, collaboration sustainability, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Sessions will be interactive and hands-on through workshops, roundtable discussions or other participatory formats.
